About the Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Administration Support Officer to join our Chief Executive Department.

Based at our Portland Office, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and customer service to the CEO’s Office, broader Council departments and Councillors.

What you need to Thrive

  • Year 12 VCE or several years’ administrative support experience in an office environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to coordinate work commitments according to timelines, resources and importance.
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Strong word processing and desktop publishing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks / projects at any given time.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
