Asset Maintenance Planner

2 Year Full Time Fixed Term Contract
Salary Package: $115,906 per annum plus super

The City of Karratha is on the lookout for
a motivated and detail-oriented Asset
Maintenance Planner to join our Asset
Maintenance team on a Fixed-Term basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor
preventative maintenance plans for
City facilities
• Conduct risk and condition
assessments to inform strategic asset
management
• Coordinate maintenance contracts
and liaise with internal teams and
external contractors
• Maintain accurate data using systems
like CiA and Synergy
• Raise purchase orders, track budgets,
and support capital and maintenance
projects
• Lead continuous improvement
through documentation (ProMapp),
reporting, and service reviews
• Mentor staff in system usage and
support interdepartmental projects

What you will bring:

• Qualifications and/or experience in
asset management, facilities
maintenance, or project planning
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle asset
planning and contract administration.
• A current Driver's licence and a recent
(within 6 months) National or Federal
Police Clearance
