Box Office Sales & Administration Officer

Permanent Part Time (16 hours, 2 days per week) | $34.40 per hour + super

The Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre require a friendly individual who enjoys a varied role and can think on their feet. This front of house role provides exceptional customer service to valued customers at the Box Office, along with outstanding administration skills that vary from daily reconciliation, financial reporting, sales reporting and providing support across all of the venues operations. This job share position is for 2 days per week working in a busy and dynamic team to deliver high-quality, professional theatre and conference experiences. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and high level computer and organisational skills. This is not a typical admin role, you will need to relate to a diverse range of customers, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve enquiries at first point of contact. Previous experience in ticketing sales as well as finance and venue management software would be advantageous.

For further enquiries about this position should be directed to Tanya Camplin - Performing Arts Centre Coordinator on 0429 939 642.

Applications close at 3pm on Monday, 24 February 2025.
