Box Office Team Leader 

Permanent Full Time | $85,554 per annum + super

The Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre, the premier provider of arts and entertainment is seeking a highly organised and motivated person to join our team to oversee all aspects of venue ticketing and front of house services as Box Office Team Leader.

With annual attendance over 100,000 at the venue we are a key player in the cultural life of the North East region, presenting a wide variety of performances and events each year. This position plays a key role in the successful delivery of performing arts programming and as part of the Centres Leadership Team are responsible for delivering key operational and strategic activities and objectives.

You will have excellent people skills and an aptitude for providing high quality customer service to our patrons and visitors. The successful applicant will have substantial experience in a similar role, managing ticketing systems with a solid understanding of their capabilities and the ability to explore new and innovative opportunities.

You will have experience in commercial ticketing systems, website development or back-end creation, as well as marketing skills including adobe creative suites. This role leads our Front of House team, including our FOH Supervisors, Box Office sales delivery team and our Volunteer Ushers with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to all who visit and engage with the venue.
