The Business & Performance Planning Lead coordinates the financial control, reporting and performance measures across the Directorate.  
The position develops and assists with the implementation, review and monitoring of reporting processes to capture performance information to assist the Program Leader, Director and Service Managers in achieving the objectives as detailed in the Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
The position will lead a small team to manage financial and grant reporting on capital projects and advise on budgetary and quarterly reporting milestones.

Essential to success in this role is the ability to work collaboratively, prioritize work and meet project deadlines. Experience in financial management, project reporting and process improvement is desirable to fulfil the requirements of this position.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $93,634 gross per annum
 + 11.5% superannuation 
 + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary 
 + annual award increase
