Circular Head Council is looking for a full-time Visitor Services Coordinator based in Smithton, Tasmania.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Visitor Services Coordinator to lead the daily operations of the Duck River Pavilions Visitor Information Services and the Stanley Visitor Information Centre. This key role ensures outstanding visitor experiences, seamless operations, and strong collaboration within Tasmania’s tourism network.
As Visitor Services Coordinator, you will oversee daily activities, supervise, and train staff, manage merchandise displays, coordinate group bookings, and organize tastings to enhance visitor engagement. This role requires flexibility, including work outside standard hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with weekend and public holiday shifts as part of a rotating roster. Attendance at tourism-related meetings and events may also be required.
Work condition will be in accordance with Circular Heads Council Enterprise Agreement.

To qualify, you will need Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Tourism and Marketing or relevant discipline and a current driver’s license. Additionally, you must be willing to undertake a Police Check.
