• Rate $36.94 – $40.92 p/h + 25% casual loading + allowances +12% superannuation.

The Pool Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient and customer-focused operation of Council’s leisure centres during allocated shifts.

The role provides leadership and supervision to Lifeguards, Kiosk Attendants and Swim Teachers, ensuring high standards of safety, customer service, facility presentation, legislative compliance and team performance while supporting the day-to-day operation of the leisure centre.
