The Role:
This role brings Council's neighbourhood facilities to life, transforming them into welcoming hubs where communities connect, grow and thrive. You will oversee day-to-day operations at one of seven community centres / hubs while working closely with community and partners to build local capacity and strengthen neighbourhoods.
You will work with community to design and deliver innovative, sustainable initiatives that celebrate local strengths and respond to the evolving needs of residents and city users across the City of Salisbury. By fostering meaningful partnerships, you will help create social value, reflect local identity and maximise the impact of Council assets. Working alongside the Team Leader, you will also contribute to strategic initiatives that support Council's community development agenda, with a strong focus on wellbeing and neighbourhood development.
The position requires out of hours work and the ability to work across multiple locations.
