As part of the Community and Leisure Facilities team, you will support the Coordinator Community Facilities with the management, operation and development of City community and sporting facilities. You will collaborate with community and sporting groups to achieve objectives relevant to financial performance, usage and service delivery, risk management, asset management and governance of the facilities.
You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience in facility management. You have a sound knowledge of lease/property management, including shared use agreement processes. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enables you to develop partnerships and communicate with people across a diverse range of needs and backgrounds.
You understand the principles of the community development, recreation and culture industry and the importance of ensuring the City meets or exceeds the communityâs expectations in terms of accessible and functional facilities. You enjoy working as part of team, display initiative and are organised and time conscious with your work.

This position offers a gross salary from $91,088 to $97,835 per annum (depending on skills and experience), and:
