The role

Join our Community Experience Team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our community. We are seeking a customer-focused professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills who can confidently manage a diverse range of enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Experience in cash handling, payment processing, and administrative support will be highly regarded.

With a positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement, you will thrive in this dynamic team environment. A comprehensive training program will be provided to support your success in the role.

1 x Fixed term Fulltime Role ending June 30th 2027, 38 hours per week, 8:30am-5:06pm, Monday - Friday

1 x Permanent Part-time, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday
