About the role
You will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating community development initiatives that strengthen community cohesion, wellbeing, and participation.
The role focuses on working collaboratively with the local community, relevant stakeholders and partners to identify needs, build capacity and improve access to services and opportunities for vulnerable and priority populations including older people, people with disability and other identified target groups.

Salary range:
From $1651 per week (+ super) to $1912 per week (+ super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
