 The Role

This role is all about “safety” cleaning and laundry in clients’ homes — keeping floors safe, benches clear, washing done — so older people and people with disability can stay living independently. We are NOT a deep-clean or commercial cleaning service.

This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a real difference in a community that cares.

 No aged-care or disability support experience? That’s okay.
If you have a big heart, pride in your work, and genuine compassion — everything else is teachable.

What you will get from day one:

• Paid training (mix of in-house and formal courses)
• Ongoing mentoring and opportunities for career progression if sought
• (Fully funded traineeship: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) available if you wish to progress your career in this field- CSW general)
• Mileage allowance paid where work vehicles are unavailable
• Flexible, casual hours
• Starting at $41.08 per hour + penalties

Essential Requirements

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (sorry, no working holiday or temporary visas).

Unrestricted Drivers Licence

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test and able to obtain a Police Clearance

Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons and school holidays (CSW - cleaner)

Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holidays (CSW – general)
