Our Client
Our client is a NSW Government department responsible for delivering public services and supporting strategic initiatives across environmental protection, climate change, energy transition, water management and sustainability. With a broad state-wide remit, the department works across multiple business units to support policy implementation, operational performance and effective government service delivery.
You will join a strategic coordination team within a senior executive office, working closely with leadership and stakeholders across the organisation. The team values collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and a service-focused approach to delivering business outcomes.
Why Contract With Us
At Charter Diligence, we go beyond just placement — we support our contractors with practical benefits that reflect real-life needs. All contractors engaged through us have access to early cash advances on approved timesheets, offering flexibility in cases of unforeseen expenses or cash flow challenges. Unlike traditional labour hire providers, we understand that life doesn’t always align with a pay cycle — and we're here to help when it matters most. Well, ask around if they’re already a Charter Diligence Contractor — chances are, they’re already benefiting from the support we provide.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Coordination and Planning Officer to provide business support to a senior leadership office within a NSW Government environment.
This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys keeping operations organised, managing incoming requests and working with different teams to ensure information and actions are handled efficiently. You will support executive correspondence, internal requests, staff engagement activities and general business administration, helping the wider group maintain visibility of priorities and deliver its objectives.
You will work alongside an established coordination team and liaise regularly with stakeholders across several divisions. A positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn will be important to your success.
