JOB DETAILS
Permanent, Full Time 35 hours, 5 days/week $125,435 to $137,445 + Super + Council lease back vehicle/vehicle allowance Moore Street
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the strategic management, maintenance and development of Council’s CBD facilities, assets and car parks. This role oversees asset lifecycle planning, capital works programs, maintenance activities and contractor performance to ensure assets are safe, compliant, functional and meet community expectations. The position also provides strong leadership to the team, drives continuous improvement initiatives and builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to support the delivery of high-quality services and infrastructure outcomes.

The salary (within the above-mentioned range) will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
