We’re seeking a forward-thinking leader in this parental leave cover role to be our Inclusive Enterprise and Local Economy Coordinator. You’ll lead a diverse team to implement economic development strategies and advance sustainable social and inclusive enterprise models that deliver community value.

This role is part of Banyule’s Leadership Network – you’ll have opportunities to grow your skills and experience of leadership in a Local Government context and develop your skills as an organisational leader beyond your role-based expertise.

You will be a people leader of a dynamic and exciting team that works at the unique merging of social enterprise, inclusive employment and economic development – this is not a regular economic development role.
