As the Coordinator – Statutory Infrastructure Planning, you will lead a specialist team delivering infrastructure planning programs and policy outcomes that support sustainable growth across the City of Moreton Bay. You will coordinate priorities, drive high-quality outcomes within legislative requirements, and ensure critical projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will oversee the development, review and application of key planning frameworks, including statutory and non-statutory instruments, network strategies, demand forecasting and funding models. Through strong technical leadership, you will ensure planning decisions are supported by robust analysis, sound governance and defensible documentation.
Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, you will provide strategic advice, manage compliance and risk, and contribute to long-term initiatives that shape future infrastructure investment and precinct planning outcomes. Your expertise will help ensure communities are supported by well-planned, sustainable infrastructure for years to come.

We are seeking an accomplished infrastructure planning professional with strong leadership capability to help shape the future of one of Australia's fastest-growing cities. As significant growth continues across the region, you will lead the delivery of critical infrastructure planning initiatives, balancing long-term strategic outcomes with complex statutory requirements to support sustainable development and thriving communities.
You will bring;
You will have a tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrated experience) and a current C Class Driver's Licence.
