About the School-Based Traineeship Program

Our School-Based Traineeship Program is designed specifically for high school students who want to balance their education with hands-on workplace experience. As a school-based trainee, you will:

• Combine on-the-job training with formal learning to achieve a nationally recognized qualification.

• Gain practical knowledge in a specific area while completing high school.

• Work in a supportive environment with experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference.

• Develop skills that set the foundation for a rewarding career.

• Be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.

The program involves working part-time during the school year, typically one day per week, with opportunities to increase hours during school holidays.
