Craigie Leisure Centre is a flagship destination of the City of Joondalup, and one of the largest multi-purpose leisure facilities in Western Australia. The centre is renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities and extensive offerings in fitness, aquatics, children’s activities, sports and family recreation. Membership Service Officer x3 – Permanent Part-time

• Salary: $67,796 per annum pro rata
• Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
• 25 Hours per week
• Located at Craigie Leisure Centre

Craigie Leisure Centre is looking for positive and proactive team members with experience in sales and customer service to join the membership team. This is an exciting opportunity for people who are strong communicators and love interacting with customers, helping contribute to the expanding membership base.

The most important part of this role is to provide exceptional experiences for the Craigie Leisure Centre members, regardless of their fitness journey. Other responsibilities will include taking member tours, responding to member enquiries, working as part of a team, and taking part in member retention activities and events.

You will need to be available to work a range of hours between 4.45am – 9.00pm, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

If you are an enthusiastic and organised team player who has a passion for member experience, then this is the role for you.

Your covering letter will need to showcase your experience against the following criteria:

• Experience in a sales and promotions role or/and working knowledge of the health and fitness industry.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service to members, customers and the general public and experience providing administration tasks and duties.
• Experience working within a team to achieve targets and key objectives.
