About the role:

Be involved in implementing key initiatives related to our Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Workplace Gender Equality Action Plan, making a real impact in building a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace here at Banyule.

About the team:

The Organisation Development Team are an innovative and collaborative team responsible for implementing a range of exciting strategies and initiatives for Banyule including talent acquisition, change management, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.

What you will bring:

  • Degree or diploma in fields relevant to diversity and inclusion and gender equity work including but not limited to Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.
  • Experience in gender equity and/or diversity, equity and inclusion and/or social services and/or organisational development.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a range of programs.
  • Experience in organisational change management initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to educate and advocate on social disadvantage and other diversity and access issues.
