The Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre (WSAC) has an outstanding opportunity for a Duty Managers to lead, the Lifeguard team and proactively engage in safety. Working in a stunning regional facility, your focus will be providing a fantastic experience to all customers and Centre excellence. To be successful in this role, you will require experience in leading a small team, providing quality customer services and problem solving. This role requires you to think on your feet, is often fast paced. We are looking for a great team player who can support the team and has an eye for detail, especially safety. This role will be operating on a rotating roster that includes some weekend, early mornings & evenings. All training provided.
