Early Childhood Educator - Dingee

About the role:

Council is seeking an application from an enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified person to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator.

The position is permanent part-time, working across three days (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) for 21.75 hours per week. The position is at our Dingee kindergarten, which is a sessional kindergarten service offering a mixed aged 3 and 4 year old kindergarten program.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

• a minimum Certificate III Children's Services qualification (or equivalent)
• a current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificate
• experience working with children in an education or care setting
• a current working with children employee card

Dingee is located in a unique and wonderful part of Central Victoria, about 50 kilometres north-west of Bendigo and 76 kilometres south-west of Echuca. The Dingee Kindergarten is a single room kindergarten servicing the surrounding rural area and has strong links to the local East Loddon P-12 College, right next door.
