Works Supervisor

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person for the role of Works Supervisor. Reporting to the Manager of Works, the position schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities for civil construction and maintenance tasks. Leading a diverse team the position requires a hands-on leader with good communication skills. 

• Permanent full-time position - 76 hours per fortnight

• Remuneration range of $2035.00 to $2279.20 gross per week + Superannuation.

• Council Vehicle - Commuter Use

• Ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Compressed Work Week (4-Day Week) Monday to Thursday

• Team Supervision and Leadership

• Environmental and Safety Compliance

What you need to succeed:

• Have experience supervising staff relevant to the role.

• Have strong communication, organisational and planning skills.

• Demonstrated and thorough understanding and competence in relevant council construction activities
