Council is seeking a risk and audit professional to help make a real
impact

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the executive team and business unit managers to design and implement systems and processes for effective risk identification and management. Your efforts will enhance the successful, cost-effective, and timely delivery of services, programs, and projects, while embedding continuous improvement practices into the Council’s culture.

Additionally, you will oversee the application of the Office of Local Government guidelines for Risk Management and Internal Audit. You will be responsible for the coordination of the Audit Risk and Improvement Committee, including liaising with committee members.

You will need to use all your experience in risk management programs, be tech-smart and passionate about applying your analytical and problem-solving skills. You’re a people person, a strong and engaging communicator and curious in your drive to find successful solutions and outcomes for both internal and external customers.
