Join City of Moreton Bay as a key leader of the change component for our major ERP transformation program. Help deliver a modern, fit‑for‑purpose system that empowers our teams to provide the services that shape and enrich our communities - today and into the future.
It's a great time to come on board. We’re in the early formation stages of building this dedicated project team, and this role will be front‑and‑centre in driving the success in adopting change. Our executive leadership has identified this transformation as a top organisational priority, with strong support, clear commitment and the resources needed to do it right.
Our enterprise system (TechOne) was implemented several years ago - we’ve moved past the initial migration challenges and short‑term workarounds. Now, we’re ready to step back, rethink and rebuild. This is your opportunity to lead the change management strategy of the project, as the team focus on the redesign of a critical system, moving beyond “good enough” to create a high‑performing platform that truly supports our growth and sets us up for long‑term success.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the end‑to‑end change management strategy, planning and execution for a complex, multi‑stream ERP transformation program.
You will establish and lead a high‑performing team of change, analysis, communication and training specialists to drive successful adoption, embed sustained behavioural change, and ensure the program delivers its intended business benefits.
Working closely with executive leaders, program delivery teams and business units, you will help the organisation prepare for change, minimise resistance and embed new ways of working across all impacted areas. You will also:
Enterprise change management: Proven leader in enterprise‑scale change, with experience delivering structured change strategies, governance and Prosci/ADKAR‑aligned methodologies across complex transformations.
Lead and influence: Experienced in building, leading and influencing diverse teams and senior stakeholders—including executive sponsors and change champion networks—to drive alignment and sustain behaviour change.
Audience‑tailored communications and learning strategies: Skilled in designing and overseeing integrated communication and learning programs—digital, leader‑led and role‑based—that deliver clear, consistent, audience‑specific messaging aligned to program milestones.
Proven success in delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable adoption, mitigate resistance early and achieve business outcomes across large‑scale, fast‑paced and regulated ERP and digital transformations.
