The Customer Service Officer position will be responsible for providing front line services to our Holiday Parks and Camping Ground customers plus also providing office administration support. Relevant experience in a customer service role is essential and experience within a Holiday/Caravan Park will be highly regarded. The position will be required to work weekends and public holidays within a rotating roster.
