What you need to know...
About the role
Are you passionate about helping to protect and restore our natural areas in the Clarence? Council is looking for an enthusiastic person to work in our Biosecurity team to lead the on-grounds actions of our Bush Regeneration Strategy . The threat of weeds and habitat destruction of our natural areas is a challenging and rewarding task, and this role will keep your work life interesting. The Clarence Valley contains a broad range of natural landscapes that we need to protect.
In this role you will be involved in the control of a wide range of weed species, engaging with like minded community volunteers while working cooperatively with a dedicated team of Biosecurity staff in Council.
