This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in delivering sound financial management, strategic advice and high-quality business outcomes across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead and support a broad range of financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, analysis, compliance and financial governance. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will provide trusted financial insights that support informed decision-making, strengthen long-term financial sustainability and drive organisational performance. The role offers significant exposure to corporate planning and strategic projects, providing the opportunity to influence outcomes that deliver lasting value to both the organisation and the community.

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams. Remuneration: base salary commencing at $118,950 gross per annum
 + 12% superannuation 
 + annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
 + annual award increase
