We’re on the lookout for a Fleet Logistics Support Officer to help keep our fleet office running smoothly. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless operations in a busy logistics environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•    Managing work requests, work orders, and defect reporting, ensuring fleet issues are logged and resolved efficiently.
•    Providing general office administration support, keeping records up to date and operations running smoothly.
•    Provide reception services including customer interaction and receiving and dispatching vehicles.
•    Maintain operational system functions by processing Works Requests, Works Orders, and pre-approved Purchase Requisitions and CardSmart transactions.
•    Coordinating timely and effective account payable processes related to Fleet logistics and workshop operations.

What We’re Looking For:
•    Experience in an administrative role.
•    Strong knowledge of work orders, work requests, and defect reporting.
•    Intermediate MS Excel skills – you know your way around spreadsheets, formulas, and data organisation.
•    A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•    A team player with great communication skills who thrives in a busy environment.
