Join part of a fun and dynamic team that provides a safe, clean and hygienic environment for the community of the Blue Mountains and their guests at the Springwood Aquatic and Fitness Centre. As well as ensuring a safe and friendly aquatic environment you will assist in providing exceptional customer service including providing advice on centre activities, conditions of entry and hazards. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
•    Pool Lifeguard Award
•    First Aid Certificate
•    Working with Children Check 
•    Previous experience of public swimming pools

DESIRABLE
•    Willingness to undertake training and multi skill and assist in other areas if required.
•    Control evacuation to muster point

Position 1               18 hours per fortnight
Monday            8:00 am to 12:30 pm (4.5 hours)
Thursday            8:00 am to 12:30 pm (4.5 hours)

Position 2            27 hours per fortnight
Tuesday            8:00 am to 12:30 pm (4.5 hours)
Wednesday             8:00 am to 12:30 pm (4.5 hours)
Friday                 8:00 am to 12:30 pm (4.5 hours)

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $54,793 (pro rata) gross per annum
 + 11.5% superannuation 
 + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary (if eligible) 
 + annual award increase
