Are you an experienced final trim grader operator ready to take on the open roads of the Queensland outback? This role focuses on high-standard grading and road formation using locally sourced gravels, crossfalls, and table drains, working closely with construction crews. Appropriate Queensland driver’s licences (MR, HR, or MC)
Construction White Card
Experience operating plant or road trains (as relevant)
Strong knowledge of road construction/maintenance
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality standards
Willingness to work in remote conditions, including overnight camp stays
Desirable: Traffic control accreditation, First Aid/CPR, Civil Construction qualifications, and additional plant competencies.
