Are you a proactive leader ready to run a fast-paced workshop and deliver a great service? As Head of Fleet Workshop, you will lead Council’s fleet and plant “in-life” program end-to-end from delivery through maintenance, repairs and decommissioning, ensuring every asset is safe, compliant, reliable and managed on time and on budget. You will bring proven experience overseeing a workshop and strong hands-on knowledge of fleet and plant maintenance, while enjoying a great team culture, real autonomy, and plenty of scope to drive process improvements and development.
