About the Job

There is an exciting opportunity within the Asset Operations team for a Grader Operator - Rural Maintenance, this position is to deliver high standard roads and infrastructure to the residents of the Shire of Esperance. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertake construction grading operations.

  • Perform work with limited supervision and direction.

  • Lead and provide direction to a small team of employees and/or contractors monitoring the quality and standard of work.

This is a permanent full time position, working 99 hours per fortnight.  

About you 

In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:

  • ‘HR’ class driver’s license.

  • Minimum three years continuous and competent experience operating grader.

  • Demonstrated experience and skills in road construction / maintenance or earthmoving environment.

Annual Income: $128,021.57 (including overtime)
