About the role
We're seeking two experienced HR Business Partners to work closely with leaders and employees, providing trusted and practical people and culture insights, advice and support.
In these critical roles, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with, enable and drive business objectives,a positive and engaging work environment, operational outcomes, and organisational success.
As a trusted partner, you will provide guidance in all areas of people and culture, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, culture and leadership.
You would be joining the People Safety and Culture department, a passionate and fun team eager for your contribution to the delivery of an exciting plan program of impactful partnering initiatives.
