We are currently inviting applications for a Financial Accountant to become a valued member of our Financial Services team.

About the role

This position will include providing asset, financial and systems accounting services as a member of the Financial Management Team supporting all departments within Council as required.

We’re seeking a candidate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of preparing high-quality financial reports and delivering expert advice to senior officers. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative approach and the capacity to coordinate activities across teams.

The applicable annual salary for this position is $107,740, with the commencing salary dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
