The Role:
The Civil Maintenance is responsible for leading the delivery of efficient and high-quality civil maintenance services, ensuring all work complies with established standards. The role involves the safe and effective operation of plant and equipment used in maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include scheduling and allocating resources, managing team performance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Council policies and procedures. Strong leadership, planning, and operational skills are essential to uphold service quality and safety standards.
