Salary range $77,406.68 - $89,958.96 plus 11.5% superannuation

The Opportunity
Sitting in the People and Culture branch, you will be responsible for developing the annual staff training plan and ensuring the highest priority training is provided within budget.
You will identify and coordinate a range of training initiatives and programs to meet the development needs of staff, including the strategic and compliance requirements of Council.
About You
1. Certificate IV in Business Administration or other related discipline with extensive experience (minimum of five years) in a similar training administration role. |
2. Ability to evaluate, consider and report innovative methodologies with a focus on applying training resources online introducing flexibility and delivery methods. |
3. Sound analytical skills and the ability to produce high quality and accurate reports. |
4. Demonstrate high level organisational and planning skills including the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities, achieve objectives and successfully meet program targets |
5. Ability to pay attention to detail and be thorough in work tasks |
6. Demonstrated high level computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and the use of corporate electronic management systems |
7. Proven ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders supported by a strong customer focus |
8. Effective oral and written communication skills and the capacity to resolve issues with a diverse range of people where conflict between approved training and scheduled works may emerge |
