Legal Counsel – Permanent Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel who possess the ability to provide legal assistance and support with general principles of law, property law, planning law, employment law and industrial relations as well as governance related queries within the regulatory framework of local government.
The position exercises a degree of autonomy, with paralegal support, and direction from General Counsel.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years (consecutive) in private practice law firm with property and regulatory law experience (with exposure to government clients being desirable but not essential), as well as post-admission experience across property law, contract law, dispute resolution, commercial drafting, and compliance.
