We are a vibrant and diverse inner-city council stretching 20kms from South to Port Melbourne along the stunning bay beaches down to Elwood and out to St Kilda East with around 1000 people who all work together to deliver more than 100 programs and services to our engaged community of residents, businesses and visitors. What’s the role all about
This exciting new role will see you support vulnerable community members to link into services and supports they need to improve health and wellbeing outcomes, build internal capacity of frontline staff in understanding and responding to working with people who have multiple and complex needs, maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholder's and provide advice on policies and procedures and deliver situational training an debriefing.
Ideally this role would suit a pro-active and solutions focused individual who has extensive experience in:
