Salary: $75,814.48 - $88,108.49 + 12% Superannuation per annum.
A Market Allowance may be negotiable for the right candidate.
Bring your mechanical expertise to a diverse and hands-on role supporting the operation, maintenance, and renewal of essential water and wastewater infrastructure across the region.
What You'll Do
As our Maintenance Mechanical Fitter, you will report to the Team Leader Maintenance Mechanical Fitter and play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of Council's water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
In this role, you will undertake the operation, maintenance, and renewal of mechanical assets across our water and wastewater treatment facilities, helping Council meet its statutory obligations and deliver essential services to the community. You will also contribute to the technical investigation, assessment, and improvement of water and wastewater treatment plant assets, supporting the ongoing performance, safety, and reliability of our utility network.
This is a hands-on position suited to a proactive and technically skilled tradesperson who is committed to maintaining critical infrastructure and delivering high-quality outcomes.
