The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking an experienced Manager of Project Management to lead our Project Management Office (PMO). You will manage key capital works projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, financial management skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex municipal projects.

Duties

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and coordinate major capital works projects.
• Ensure projects meet strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise the PMO team and collaborate with stakeholders

Who we are Looking for:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing municipal projects.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Ability to drive a high performing team
