Join City of Moreton Bay as a Occupational Health Partner, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As an Occupational Health Partner you'll drive the delivery of the Work Health and Safety strategy, and partner with department leaders to implement strategic initiatives in our in a dynamic, high-risk environment, and be assigned to key stakeholders to understand their business requirements, identify trends, and develop solutions and strategies to meet their long-term operational requirements.

Position Description_Occupational Health Partner
About you
We're looking for your extensive experience working in a similar role with Local Government and self-insurance experience highly regarded. You'll also bring:
experience applying relevant frameworks and legislation including Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003, and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011
demonstrated experience handling complex health and wellbeing matters, managing return to work processes end to end independently
excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide specialist advice, direction and support to key stakeholders
demonstrated problem solving and inquiry skills to summarise complex issues in a concise and meaningful way
highly developed people and relationship skills to communicate and motivate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Relevant tertiary qualification in Allied Health (eg. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy),or significant relevant experience
Certified Return to Work Coordinator or relevant recency of practice qualifications.
