We're looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded Partners in Place Project Officer to coordinate the delivery of Spaces for Life and Play, a five-year VicHealth-funded initiative focused on improving social connection, mental wellbeing and opportunities for physical activity for children and young people across the Rural City of Wangaratta.
Working closely with young people, community organisations, health services, schools, government agencies and Council teams, you will coordinate project activities, facilitate meaningful youth participation, build strong partnerships and help create inclusive and welcoming spaces where children and young people can connect, play and thrive.
