We are looking for a tech-savvy individual who enjoys delivering customer service excellence and who can effectively manage and optimise our Planning Certificate system at Council. In this role, you'll ensure efficient processing and delivery of Planning Certificates, collaborate with GIS and Land Information teams, and provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers. If you have experience with Technology One systems, strong problem-solving skills, hold a Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or have demonstrated experience in a related role, we want to hear from you!

The package: Commencing salary package circa $64,000 p.a. plus superannuation.
Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure: Permanent Full Time
