Pool Attendant
As a Pool Attendant, you will support the day-to-day operation of Cabonne Council's aquatic pools by ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for the 2026/27 season.
We require multiple Pool Attendants to work at our pools in Canowindra, Manildra, Molong, Cudal, Yeoval, Cumnock and Eugowra throughout the summer.
These are casual seasonal roles commencing mid November 2026 to the end of March 2027, with work scheduled on a rostering basis. Ideal for that summer job during the school holidays!
Cabonne Council will provide full training for the right candidates. There is a thorough induction programme to introduce you to Council and the role, and you will continue to be supported by a strong management team throughout the season.

About You
We're looking for friendly, reliable and safety-focused individuals who enjoy working with the community and providing excellent customer service. You'll be proactive, responsible and committed to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming pool environment while working effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential. You must be a minimum of 16 years of age.

The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2026 and Cabonne Council’s policies and conditions of employment.
This position is grade 3 step 1 in Council's salary system with an hourly rate of $36.78 including casual loading.
