Leeton Shire Council is currently seeking applications for a Pool Supervisor at the Leeton Regional Aquatic Centre on a casual basis for the 2026/27 pool season.

The primary purpose of the position is to:

• Supervise the pool deck
• Oversee water slide operation
• Pool and equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Additional responsibilities are detailed in the Position Description

To qualify for this position the successful applicant must:

• Be 18 years of age or over and hold (or be willing to obtain) current Pool Lifeguard Certification.
• Possess (or be willing to obtain) a current Working With Children Check
• Provide evidence of having received Covid-19 vaccinations.
• A First Aid Certificate is desirable for this position.

Salary and Conditions: The position is classified as a Grade 8 in the Leeton Council Salary System and will attract an hourly rate range of $40.89 to $45.80 plus 12% superannuation depending on skills and relevant experience.

Rates of pay and conditions of employment will be under the Local Government (State) Award.
