Principal Project Engineer – Coastal & Civil
The City is looking for a highly motivated and well-organised individual with a strong background in Coastal and Civil Engineering to join the Infrastructure Services team. This role requires extensive experience in project management and will include design, stakeholder engagement and delivery of civil capital works projects. You will be required to prepare technical reports, project briefs, scope of works, and assist with funding applications for coastal hazard assessments/adaptations and civil projects.
Your key responsibilities will include providing specialist technical advice, managing the development and implementation of the City’s Coastal Adaptation Construction Projects as part of the Coastal Infrastructure Adaptation Plan, overseeing design consultants to achieve optimal outcomes and supervising external contractors.
