We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to manage production workflows and maintain accurate data within our ERP system (Global Shop Solutions). This is a technical, ERP-heavy role where you’ll become the company’s super user, ensuring system integrity and supporting scheduling, order processing, and material planning. You’ll also communicate with customers on order status, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and manage the ERP system as the company’s super user.
  • Review and process customer purchase orders accurately in ERP.
  • Schedule production and coordinate with manufacturing teams.
  • Liaise with purchasing to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor and manage critical orders to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Provide proactive updates to customers and manage expectations.

  • ERP data is accurate and supports smooth production planning.
  • Customers receive timely, clear communication and trust United Machinists to deliver.
  • Production schedules run efficiently with minimal disruptions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and willingness to become the in-house expert.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail for data entry and scheduling.
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
