This role provides expert advice in business planning, systems development, and analysis to support the Directorate in anticipating and responding to a changing external environment. It leads continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, ensuring services are efficient, effective, and delivered to a high standard. The role also ensures day-to-day operations are aligned with organisational goals, with a strong focus on sustainable financial management, excellent customer service, and clear, compliant processes.
The role requires strong critical thinking and capability in business planning, analysis, and systems development, with experience driving continuous improvement in service delivery. It demands sound financial management skills in complex environments, a strong understanding of governance and compliance, and the ability to align operations with organisational objectives while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
This position is temporary with a possibility of permanency in the future.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $125,811 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
