About the opportunity
An excellent career opportunity exists within our Rating Services team for a highly motivated and committed candidates to fill the role of Rates Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for a broad range of rating functions including assistance with subdivision rating duties, debt recovery, counter and telephone enquiries, monthly reconciliations, general ledger maintenance and other rating duties as directed.
It is expected that the successful applicant possesses experience in and knowledge of accounts/rates operations or a Certificate in a relevant field such as Accounts, Finance or Business Administration, sound computer skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. Applicants for this position will also demonstrate good communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
