We’re in the early formation stages of building this dedicated project team, and these roles will be front‑and‑centre in driving the success through engaging with the key stakeholders. Our enterprise system (TechOne) was implemented several years ago - we’ve moved past the initial migration challenges and short‑term workarounds. Now, we’re ready to step back, rethink and rebuild.
